Cancellation Policy
- To ensure a smooth rental process, all customers are required to pay a refundable deposit of ¥50,000 yen (GT-R & LC500: ¥200,000 yen) in-store at the time of vehicle pickup. This deposit will be returned upon 21 days. - Please be on time, if you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, the order may be cancelled without any refund. -Our vehicles are equipped with GPS and drive recorders that captures both the interior and exterior of the vehicle. -Driving on track, partaking in racing activities and reckless driving is strictly Forbidden. These activities may trigger an alarm. - Vehicle condition may vary from photographs. (new damages, scratches or deterioration). - Renters must be at least 24 years old(GT-R: 27 years old) and have held a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years. - Our service includes a mileage limit of 200 km per 24 hours. Every extra costs ¥50 yen(GT-R & LC500: ¥150 yen)/km. - Payment must be made with a credit card in the name of the person renting the vehicle. We do not accept debit cards or prepaid cards for payment. - Smoking in the car is strictly prohibited (including e-cigarettes)
