This booking is submitted as a request only and remains subject to manual review, approval, availability, and where applicable, inspection of the vehicle, parts, or work scope. Culture Automotive operates as a commercial facilitator and coordinator of automotive services and does not perform specialist technical work unless expressly stated in writing. Responsibility for workmanship, technical compliance, and service outcomes rests with the party performing the work. Pricing, scope, timing, and service availability may change where the selected booking details do not accurately reflect the condition, requirements, or work involved. Customers must allow reasonable opportunity for inspection and rectification by the original service provider where applicable. Costs incurred or paid on behalf of the customer remain recoverable, and disputes do not automatically suspend payment obligations for completed and invoiced work. Refunds, cancellations, and changes are assessed case by case in accordance with Culture Automotive’s published policies.
