Responsibility for workmanship, technical compliance, and service outcomes rests with the party performing the work. Customers must allow reasonable opportunity for inspection and rectification by the original service provider where applicable. Costs incurred or paid on behalf of the customer remain recoverable, and disputes do not automatically suspend payment obligations for completed and invoiced work.
