Cancellation Policy

All hires include insurance with standard excess. Full payment and ID verification are required before vehicle handover. Vehicles must be returned with a full tank of fuel and in the same condition as delivered. ❗ No drifting, burnouts, reckless driving, track use, or off-road use permitted unless pre-approved as part of a Culture Automotive Experience Package. GPS tracking is active on all vehicles. Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the booking date. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit 50% of booking fee. All drivers must provide: - Full, unrestricted driver’s license (international licenses accepted with translation if not in English) - Proof of address (if requested) - Signed hire agreement
