1. Overview These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the international shipping process for orders made through our platform. By completing a purchase, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Shipping Method All international shipments will be handled via standard delivery directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. The shipment will be processed and dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery timeframe for international orders is 45 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that this is an estimate, and delays may occur due to various factors such as customs clearance, local shipping conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and the weight of the items ordered. The applicable shipping charges will be presented at checkout.

These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid directly to the customs authorities or courier service upon arrival of the shipment.

8. Undeliverable Shipments If the shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect address information, the recipient’s failure to accept the delivery, or other issues beyond our control, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery, or the order may be returned to the manufacturer.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days from the delivery date to initiate an investigation. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue promptly.
