Total distance covered: Approx. 300–350 km round trip.All Culture Automotive Performance Engine Builds are covered by a limited workmanship warranty for a specified period or mileage (as outlined in your build documentation). The warranty covers manufacturing or assembly defects only.
Exclusions The warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from improper installation, tuning, or use. Failure caused by inadequate lubrication, cooling, or maintenance. Modifications, racing use, or third-party interference. Normal wear and tear or external factors (fire, water, accident, etc.).
Claim Process To make a claim: Contact our Engine Warranty Department at support@thecultrgroup.com. Provide detailed information, including photos, proof of installation, and maintenance records. All claims are subject to inspection and verification. Culture Automotive reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund at its discretion.
Engine Build Conditions and Formalities Quotation and Approval All engine builds begin with a formal written quotation. Work commences only upon customer approval and receipt of the required deposit.
Payment Terms Deposit: A minimum deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. Balance: Remaining payment is due upon completion, before dispatch or collection. Overdue Payments: Delays in payment may incur storage fees.
Work Progress Clients will receive periodic updates with photographs, reports, and estimated completion timelines. All timelines are approximate and subject to component availability.
Customer-Supplied Components Components supplied by customers are accepted at their own risk. No warranty is offered for parts not sourced by Culture Automotive.
