Booking and Priority: Service packs include priority booking, pushing your appointment to the front of the queue based on availability. Mobile services will be conducted at the location specified by the customer. Payment and Cancellation: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Warranty and Liability: Services come with a satisfaction guarantee.
