This booking is a request only and is subject to manual review and approval. Customers must provide suitable parts, follow the stated delivery requirements, and understand that Culture Automotive coordinates the service while technical responsibility remains with the provider performing the work. If issues arise, the original provider must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and rectify the work. Completed and invoiced work remains payable, and final scope, timing, and pricing may change if the supplied parts or actual condition differ from the booking selection.
