Explains inspection, repairability, finish variation, hidden damage, approval of additional work and post-service care.

What this standard covers

• Every wheel is subject to assessment; severe cracks, deformation, corrosion or prior repairs may make repair unsuitable.
• Colour, texture and sheen can vary from aged or previously refinished wheels.
• Hidden damage discovered after stripping is reported before material additional work proceeds.
• Tyre, sensor, balance and installation work is included only where expressly stated.
• Customers receive care instructions and retain all non-excludable consumer rights.

Please provide accurate information, review the confirmed scope and contact us promptly if circumstances change or a concern arises. Culture Automotive will communicate material changes and seek authorisation where required.

Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where this policy conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails.
