What this standard covers

• Record dates, odometer or operating hours, supplier, work completed and parts or fluids used.
• Follow the written handover schedule and promptly investigate abnormal pressure, temperature, noise, smoke or warning data.
• Retain invoices, logs and calibration records relevant to a claim.
• Missing records are assessed for actual relevance and do not automatically remove unrelated statutory rights.
• Contact Culture Automotive if the required schedule cannot reasonably be met.
