Missed/ Non-Payment
Payments

Our non-payment policy ensures fair treatment for all our customers while maintaining the financial integrity of our business. Please review the following policy regarding non-payment of fees:
1. Grace Period: We provide a 5-day grace period for non-payment of fees. During this time, we understand that circumstances may arise that prevent timely payment.
2. Payment Processing: If payment is not received within the 5-day grace period, we will attempt to process the nominated card or bank account again. This allows for an additional opportunity to complete the payment process.
3. Debt Collection: If payment continues to be outstanding after the second attempt, we reserve the right to engage a debt collection agency to collect on behalf of Culture Automotive & The CULTR Group Pty Ltd. Your details may be handed over to the debt collection agency for this purpose.
4. Credit File Breach: In cases of persistent non-payment, we may be compelled to register a breach against your credit file. This action serves to protect the commercial interests of our business and may impact your credit rating.
5. Communication: Throughout this process, we aim to maintain open communication with our customers. If you are experiencing difficulties or have concerns about payment, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss workable solutions.
6. Resolution: Once payment is received or suitable arrangements are made, we will cease any further debt collection actions and work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are committed to collaborating with our customers to find mutually acceptable solutions. However, prompt communication and action are essential to resolving any outstanding payment issues.
