• Duties, taxes and import charges are disclosed where known; destination-country charges may remain payable by the recipient.
• Customers must provide a complete lawful delivery address and respond to carrier or customs requests.
• Report visible transit damage promptly and retain packaging, photographs and tracking records.
• Nothing in this policy excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees or available remedies.
