- The booking confirmation identifies included services, exclusions, supplier roles and payment schedule.
- Travellers are responsible for passports, visas, entry rules, licences, health requirements and lawful conduct.
- Comprehensive travel insurance suited to destinations and planned activities is strongly recommended from booking.
- Supplier or itinerary changes are communicated with reasonable alternatives or remedies where required.
- Nothing excludes rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law.
