What this standard covers

• The authorised diagnostic scope and initial cost or estimate are recorded before work starts.
• Material teardown beyond the agreed scope requires further approval unless a documented emergency authority applies.
• Photographs, measurements, scan data and retained parts may be used to explain findings and assess claims.
• Potential inspection charges for a non-covered claim are disclosed as an estimate before they are incurred where practicable.
• Consent does not predetermine fault or remove consumer rights.

Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where this policy conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails.
