What this standard covers

• Build documentation identifies supplied parts, customer-supplied parts, machining, assembly and excluded systems.
• Running-in, calibration, fuel, fluid, inspection and service requirements must be reasonable, supplied at handover and relevant to any claimed failure.
• Competition use, excessive load or unauthorised changes are assessed on evidence and do not automatically remove unrelated statutory rights.
• Road-registration, modification approval and insurer disclosure must be completed where applicable.
• Claims receive a documented technical assessment and outcome with escalation options.
