What this standard covers

• A quotation is based on the information and inspection available at the time and may change after teardown or measurement.
• Additional work or material changes require customer authorisation before proceeding, except urgent protective steps expressly agreed in advance.
• Power, response, noise, emissions and durability outcomes depend on the complete vehicle system, fuel, calibration, use and maintenance.
• Customer-supplied parts may require inspection and may carry different warranty pathways.
• Compliance, registration and insurance obligations remain separate from performance suitability.

Please provide accurate information, review the confirmed scope and contact us promptly if circumstances change or a concern arises. Culture Automotive will communicate material changes and seek authorisation where required.

Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where this policy conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails.
