Digital Accessibility Statement
States accessibility goals, supported interactions, known limitations, assistance channels and the process for reporting a barrier.
What this standard covers
- We aim to support keyboard use, readable contrast, text resizing, meaningful labels and responsive layouts.
- Third-party widgets or historical documents may not yet meet the same standard.
- Customers can request information or service support in an alternative format.
- Reported barriers are triaged according to impact and reasonable practicability.
- Accessibility feedback does not affect a customer’s service or complaint rights.
