Explains customer and business cancellations, deposits, reasonable cost recovery, exceptional circumstances and rebooking.
What this standard covers
- Service-specific cancellation terms are shown before booking.
- Fees must reflect disclosed and reasonably incurred loss or reserved capacity, not operate as a penalty.
- We consider documented exceptional circumstances and reasonable rebooking options.
- If Culture Automotive materially changes or cannot supply a service, available remedies are explained promptly.
- Consumer guarantees and unfair contract term protections continue to apply.
Your rights and responsibilities
Please provide accurate information, review the confirmed scope and contact us promptly if circumstances change or a concern arises. Culture Automotive will communicate material changes and seek authorisation where required.
Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where this policy conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails.
